I have to say that the mothers room in my working place is one of the most peaceful place availble on earth or at least in office. Well, meaby a bit of overstatement but it is true. When ever I go to the Mother's Room to EBM, I will find that it is very peaceful and very quite. It is truly a time where I can relax and just focus on something without multi-tasking. Not to mention, its a place where I can meet other moms who are breastfeeding and also share the fun and painful stories of pregnancy stories, baby care, breastfeeding and anything under the sun when it comes to baby and toddlers.
I still remembered when I travel overseas for my business trip in 2006 and I had to EBM in the airport and also on the plane, the mothers room in HK International airport was one of the most relaxing place too. With the baby pictures hanging on the walls, and also the soft and baby friendly environment, makes me miss Emily a lot.
I think its is great that more and more public places are more concious and preparing great and clean places for baby feeding and mothers too. This is very much needed to raise the awareness and encouragement of breastfeeding.
